I want to control 2 Pioneer 300 disk CD changers from my pc. I am having trouble finding exactly what I want.

Basically, I'm looking for a program that will let me insert a CD into my PC, get the CD info from CDDB and save it in a database. After all the CD's are cataloged, load them into my changers and then have the software link an IR code to each entry that will send it from some device connected to my computer to the changers.

Anyone have any ideas?
