I was wondering if ther is any Software so that i can use my DVD,Video and telly using my PDA.

Yes there is. It is called PalmRemote and is for Mips based CE2.11 devices. I use it on my Compaq Aero 2150. Works great. I cant remember the URL for the creator. You should be able to find it in the Remotecentral archives.
