i was looking up ways to control my devices with my tablet and came across the logitech homelink, griffin beacon, and the gear4 unityremote. however, they do not seem to offer discrete code input and programmability like the pronto remotes by philip. Is there any device that allows easy programming of codes that's not in their database? i m not referring to the ability to beam a code from the device's original remote, i am talking about like a HEX IR code that are non-toggle like power on only vs. power on/off toggle.
thanks

try the itach wf2ir. I had the Beacon and gave up on it. I now use the itach and RoomieRemote.
