I was wondering if anyone had any information about using the QCP-6035 for IR usage... It appears to have the same capabilities as the palm... it also lists that it's capable of IR beaming. Has anyone tried this.. I'm thinking of purchasing a palm but if I can get this phone/palm... I'll be like a kid in a new release candy store!!!!

I'm going to try it tonight. I think it should work. I have a Pronto, but it would be fun to be able to use my phone as remote too. I could have a lot of fun with at bars.

The phone works great and the palm integration is great, but I can get OmniRemote to work. I saw on some of the other threads that it wasn't working with the Palm VII. I wonder if the 6035 has the same problem.

Has anyone gotten the Smartphone to work with any remote control software? I have the phone, but no software - wondering if any of the software works on this phone for sure.
