Hmmm -- new forum! I guess while it's here, I might as well throw you a link to the web page I put up quite a while back with my configuration for OmniRemote. I ditched anything resembling the "default" screens, and made a big-button scheme that was more "finger friendly." Just head over here and check it out, if it'll help you see what can be done with OmniRemote:

If you're interested in the file I put together, I'll be glad to e-mail a copy of it to you - just send me an e-mail, and I'll dig the file out and send it to you!

All that done and said, I'm currently VERY happily using the new Sony RM-VL900 learning remote, with real buttons and other antiquated stuff... :)

Good luck!

Great work on the site! Could you post your pdb file to the site for us amateurs to check out? I'm finally getting used to the ORDesktop thing!

Hey Tom, if you send me your pdb file I'll put it up on the ORDesktop web site for everyone to share.

If you are interested, send it to me, [email protected]. Please include the model numbers of the devices and which category they are in.

The device download section should be up on the ORDesktop site in the next few days. Others reading this post are welcome, heck, *encouraged* to send their pdb files too.
