I purchased a copy of OmniRemote off the Pacific Neotek website a week ago. I got the confirmation page saying my order went through, but have not heard anything from them regarding my activation code. I've emailed their sales and tech support but have heard nothing back. Their forums appear to be down so can't check there. Per the order page, I should have recieved my activation code in 2 business days. So I'm well past that.
Anyone else had this kind of experience with them, or have more direct contact info than the two email addresses provided on the website?
I contacted NeoTek directly. Because they don't list their number on the website, I won't do it here. But just do a "whois" on pacificneotek.com and the correct contact information is right there.
They had my order, but for whatever reason it was never processed. Also can't speak to why they didn't reply to any of the emails I sent.
Regardless, I was taken care of over the phone and had the correct code emailed to me within the hour.
