I own an RCA home stereo quality VCR recorder/player
model # VR662HF. It does not have any tracking control on the main unit but only on the remote. Unfortunately, the remote tracking buttons are not working despite other buttons on the remote being operational. New batteries have been tried and the terminal is normal. The manufacturing date on the unit is about 1993. I was wondering if there is a Palm V remote control program that covers this unit or if there is an aftermarket remote control that also controls tracking for this unit. I have not found any universal remote controls that have tracking included.
Any suggestions?
