hi
i am new to all this

i have some codes sent from freind of mine which are :

0082 0015 0089 0004 00F2 0033 0017 0010 0091 0013

these r for a region code free for panasonic dvd

i have a pda , but no idea how and what to do with the codes above

please can you help
