I am using Total Remote with a iPAQ H3900.

Two problems.

First, when I use CCF files that I download here, they all have the same problem with Tivo. Which is that the up and down arrows cause the cursor to move up and down twice per selection of the arrow.

Second, it doesn't seem to learn codes, although it indicates it gets them. At least that is true for my Sylvania TV, which none of the Sylvania codes work for either. Ok, I just tried learning the Tivo button and it doesn't learn that either. Claims it does, but it doesn't.

Anyone have these problems or know how to fix them?

An update to my previous post.

I checked for updates to the Total Remote software last night and found mine was out of date. So, I updated from 2.1 to 2.2. The good news is Total Remote is now able to scan the remotes and correctly learn the codes. But the bad news is that now none of the downloaded CCF skins for Tivo work. None of the buttons are recognized by my Tivo, whereas before they were all recognized, but I was getting double actions from some of them. (Sigh!)
