Hi all,

Just got an XDA 2i and was hoping to use it as remote control unit. Bought Total Remote 2.2, with the dongle, but though I can get the system to work, every time the XDA is switched off (say after a time-out) then switched on again, the IR dongle won't transmit. I take it out of the audio socket and can hear the sounds of the transmission, plug it back in but it still won't work. It takes a soft reset, with dongle in place, to get the remote to work again. This is a bit annoying, anyone know what might be causing the problem??
