Hi, just acquired a Logitech Harmony and hooked up the Microsoft MCE IR detector to my PC to try and send the Logitech's signals to the computer. While it's dead easy to configure the Logitech remote to control HI-fi and related stuff, I haven't found a simple way to do the same with my PC.
I'm running Windows XP (not MCE), and would like to be able to say, press one button and control Media Player as if it were a CD player, and have the same for other windows applications, including macros. Mouse control would be nice too.
Is there anything (software) out there that allows me to do this in a SIMPLE way? Perhaps with a nice graphical interface, etc?
ps: Oh, and please don't suggest Girder, because I've tried it and with all respect for those who rave about it, I find it awfull to say the least - very "user un-friendly".
