I'm using my Pronto TSU9600 to control an Escient Fireball FP-1 w/ a docked ipod. I am using the built-in Pronto Escient module/template. My ipod has 555 artists and 6775 songs on it.

When I click on "All Artists" on the Escient browser on the 9600, only 290 artists show up (A - P): for example, Alice In Chains through Pink Floyd. Nothing after Pink Floyd shows up, in other words, no Q - Z artists.

However, when I click on "All Groups > Rock", for example, I can view and play the remainder of my Rock library, such as Rolling Stones through ZZ Top. Likewise, clicking on "All Groups" and choosing another genre allows me to play the remainder of my 555 artists falling under Q - Z.

Why are only the first 290 artists (A - P) showing up under "All Artists"?
