Does the ATI Remote wonder's USB/RF receiver "grabs" signals from other types of RF remotes?

I have for instance a Philips p750 learning remote (with both RF and IR signals),

which I could use to control both my A/V stuff and my computer all at once.
I just need to have a signal recognized by the remote wonder USB receiver (through Key master), I could then assign this signal to any PC function. That would be great but I dont know :

1- if they use the same frequency range
2- If the remote wonder receiver can receive and interpret signals from other remotes

Any help would be appreciated, thx ;)
