Iron Man 2 flies onto shelves this week in high-definition.Movies based on comic books can be very hit or miss. When Iron Man came out, it was an instant it - different, unexpected, self-deprecating in parts.
And along with The Dark Knight, another comic-book-based movie, it’s release on Blu-ray format helped push the HD disc more mainstream. Well like The Dark Knight, Iron Man 2 is pretty good for a sequel. Maybe not Dark Knight good, but certainly worth checking out on a big screen if you can.
Not only does Robert Downey Jr. still get the job done, but Gwyneth Paltrow returns and we get some great cast infusion with Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson and Don Cheadle this time.
