10 Coolest Apple Products Ever

A look at the iPad and other innovative products from Apple.

With Apple finally unveiling the iPad last week, we decided to take a look at Apple's innovations throughout the years.

The list could certainly be much larger, but we decided to keep it to 10. So feel free to add your two cents in the comments.

We're not sure how the iPad will be received for home control and automation, but being a hybrid between a iPod touch and iPhone, we've decided to throw it on the list.



Mac (1984)
The original Mac changed the world of personal computers. It was more user-friendly and intuitive than most other PCs at the time. It came with no hard drive (128K RAM) and cost $2,500. The Mac was the first commercially successful PC to use a GUI.

iMac (1998)
The iMac was an all-in-one computer, no separate monitor, rat’s nest of cords, or external drives. It also featured the Bondi blue color, two USB ports and an IR port. The iMac also was low priced and helped Apple emerge from some not-so-good financial times.
