What are "pop buttons"? Do you have an example?

You guys are funny sorry I should of explained it better. I seen a website were when the cursor was over a button it moved upwards a couple more pixels instead of glowing or changing colors. i've been trying to find that site again to give an example but of course i cant find it. The button pulls upwards like a tab. thats the best I can do until I find the site again sorry. I like the image of popcorn though lol
thanks

Is this what you are looking for? The rollover or pressed button is pushed in?

Its just a simple rollover. Both graphics are the same size and the black circle is towards the top of the graphic while the blue is towards the bottom.

What/where is your website so i can take a look? I did that with Fireworks but you can do it with any text editor if you learn a little html & javascript.

If your just getting started you should check out themeforest.net. Save yourself a lot of trouble by purchasing a $10-15 website template that already has a cool navigation menu.
