I'm always looking for music of any type that deserves a listen.
It's hard to find anything other than the same overplayed stuff.
New, Old, Genre, it doesn't matter. If it sounds good to you I'd like to here about it.
They may not be new but I just discovered The Zac Brown Band.
They were on CMT with Jimmy Buffet and wow they are good.
Instead of asking me why my price is high ask the other guys why they are low.

Elton 60 - Live at Madison Square Garden
All the Girls Love Alice

When I here Elton John I usually say "not again" and change the station but on this live CD he really steps it up. In the world of 60yr+ over the hill gang rockers, he can still bring it (when he wants too).

If you like Jimmy Buffett, I presume you've listened to a lot of his stuff? Most of it doesn't get played on the radio but it's almost all good.

I listen to a lot of JB on Margaritaville, XM.
Every Sat night they have a live concert. Good stuff outside on a nice night.

Check out this remake of Gin & Juice (Snoop Dog) by the Gourds.
Very funny, and way better in my opinion.

Hollywood Undead - "Undead & Young"
Eminem - Album "Recovery", one of his best
anything Kenny G
Michael Bolton

Bucky Covington - "Its good to be us"
Brooks & Dunn
Dierks Bentley
Eli Young Band- "When it Rains"
Eric Church - "Hell on the Heart"
Jason Aldean- "Laughed Until We Cried" "No" "Johnny Cash" "Relentless"
Darius Rucker
Kenny Chesney
Keith Anderson - "Every time I hear your Name"

I listen to just about everything, but always find myself listening to Country a little bit more then the rest.

My brother cant stand ridding in the car with me because hardcore rap will be playing and then some Kenny G come on followed by Kenny Chesney and Rod stewart lol

Three very different albums in the current UK top 40 chart are not bad but don't get too much radio play so its people buying the albums through word of mouth and people getting into the tunes that way.

Paolo Nutinis album - sunny side up is different

Mumford and Sons album -sign no more isn't too bad

Muse The resistance

Hasn't that always been the case? The radio one that I remember (more music than waffle) generally used to concentrate on the more main stream pop; e.g. Fluff Freeman's "Pick of the Pops". It was only the likes of Anne Nightingale, Alexis Corner, Bob Harris and latterly John Peel (though some of the stuff he played was well weird) that took a look at the not so main stream albums.

I like my Country Rockified and my Rock Countrified, as they say on Outlaw Country.

Found this oldie the other day.
Three Dog Night "Never Been To Spain"
Greatest Hits Live
Best version I've heard.

Check out Steve Earl "Dead Flowers" Live

Muse gets some airplay and I remember Paolo Nutinis "New Shoes"

It's hard to find anything on the radio other than the hits everyone knows.
