Is the CCNA certification worth the cost and effort? I would like to get into IT. Iíve been working at a T-mobile call center as a Technical Support Specialist for the last 6 years. I have a BA in Business Administration. Should I get a Masterís?

yeah if you want to pursue your career in networking field then surely it would help you a lot but it's the first step to ccna cisco certification.
