Hello Everyone,

Recently I purchased this multifunction USB Joystick Controller [[Link: icrfq.com]
]. I have had to install the driver properly but when I plug into the USB port I got a message "new device is not recognized". I'm trying my all of 8 USB port but the problem is same. Others devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Flash drive etc.) working properly. Can anyone advise me, what I have to do? Is this hardware problem or should I change that joystick controller?

My PC configuration is X4U, Intel Core i5-6200U CPU-2.30Ghz 2.40GHz, 16GB Ram, Video Memory 4GB AMD Radeon, 2TB Hard Disk Drive, OS-Ubuntu SBC, kernel version is 3.269.

Any help will be appreciated.
Kind Regards

The data sheet claims the supported operating systems to be Windows based (7, Vista, XP and 2000). How compatible these are with Ubuntu I do not know.
