Well, the alcohol will keep him relaxed!

It's also a blood thinner. So he should be fine

"Researcher Jennifer Pai studied the health history of nearly 2,000 men who were moderate drinkers. Among those who had heart attacks, if they continued to drink in moderation after the attack, their risk of dying from cardiovascular disease declined 45 percent compared to those who stopped drinking."

Hell, my dad had three heart attacks (one major, two minor) and that didn't stop him.

Gave up cigarettes, but he did go to cigars for awhile, then went to a pipe.

Never gave up shots of Bourbon though.

Died of old age more than anything else.

NOTHING has ever made me as sick as Yukon Jack. Ever.

I can drink Fireball, Jaeger, Goldschlager, Tequila, etc. all night and be fairly wrecked but survive but Yukon Jack has to be the worst whiskey ever.

Well back in my drinking days, it use to be just regular Yukon Jack. Now it's their Wicked Hot flavor and only at 70 proof. I buy it by the 750mL bottle and take about a month to drink it. Not much of a drinker any more.

The funny thing is, the regular Yukon Jack in the US is 100 proof, while the Wicked Hot and Canadian version of normal Yukon Jack is at 70 proof.

Cigars are technically better for you than cigarettes because if you are smoking cigars properly, you are not inhaling the smoke you draw into your mouth.

Mostly people who inhale cigars are also cigarette smokers.

Indeed it is. Mr. Stanley, I may be looking you up to have a drinking partner on one or more of my upcoming trips to Seattle.

When in Seattle, let me know! Thanks.

Name dropping typically has an smell.

Has "an" smell? Aren't you the guy dropping Cruz's name a while ago???? LOL

"just mixed drinks." Mr. S, you're making excuses for him.

Maybe, but these guys are tough as nails. They put their lives on the line every day up in the Berhing Sea. If ya make it back alive---you've done good. A few of my friends went up there after high school and some did not survive.

Reminds me of a line from "The Big C." Doctor pokes the stomach of Oliver Platt and says "There's a heart attack in there... and it's got your name on it!"

Yeah Sig knows he is being somewhat of a risk taker by continuing to drink---but he is moderating it a LOT! He looked good, and said he felt really good. He's a good man. He will get through this. A bunch of the other Deadliest Catch guys hang out at this place in Ballard, near Seattle. They are all hard drinking, hard partying guys. They work hard -and - party hard. Making a lot of money can work against ya sometimes.
