Back of beyond = English colloquialism for out in the sticks. Some parts of Herefordshire have yet to reach the 20th century, let alone the 21st.

Bath, by the way, is in Somerset.

Hereford FC played their final game of the 2015/16 season away against Shepshed Dynamo yesterday. Shepshed's ground is called the Dovecote Stadium, which is located on this rather quaintly named street...



Definitely the back of beyond.
