Another uniquely British comedy series, that originally ran between 1968-77 (but repeated on numerous occasions), is being given a bit of a reboot in the shape of a new film - with a none too shabby cast. Who, though is the officer in the picture with Mark Gatiss below...

It's none other than Ian Lavender, the original Private Pike.
