So there I was a few minutes ago, browsing RC, just thinking about how hungry I was and... suddenly there's a banner ad for a freaking delicious-looking Tim Horton's egg breakfast sandwich staring at me. I've never seen one before on RC.
Now I'm even hungrier.
So, is thought-based advertising the new norm?

I think you visit Tim Horton's web site too often.

Does advertising actually work?
Well yes. There are those that are so unrelentingly annoying that I absolutely refuse to have anything to do with the company/product concerned.
