Im VERY new to all of this. Please forgive me if this is a "simple" question or something that cant be done.

OK, Ive got a small RF ( 433mhz ) remote unit that controls a few
(4) custom features in my car. Its receiver has relays which are used to turn different accessories off and on.

The problem is that the remote unit is on a key fob and I'd like to have a touchscreen that I can mount in the car to make it easier to use the functions of the RF unit.

Is this possible? 

Also, are there touch screen universal  remotes that can be programed with a custom GUI? id like to label the functions

Yes.

Yes, you will need to hire a local pro though.
