Im looking at a runco vx-1cx atm. There are a cpl wires that need to be reconnected inside, when she fires up with no problem at all, and appears to be complete and in working condition.

I basically am wondering what the value/price for the vx-1cx is used, in working condition, with no remote.

info i have found so far....

the vx-1cx is an updraged vesrion of the vx-1c?
the vx-1cx was product of the year in 2001
the vx-1c was $16000 new (in 2001)
was being produced in early 2000's
is no longer in production

IMO unless you can get it for a couple hundred dollars I wouldn't bother. Projectors have progressed tenfold in the past ten years so personally I would buy a new one. You can find many 1080p projectors for way under $2000 that would blow that Runco away e.g. Mitsubishi HC4000.
