I know Motech mentioned that he has just made his own panel pages and doesn't let SB doing any of the programming for him.
So to him or anyone else doing this, how do you make use of the Dynamic Presets? Or can you? This has been one of the favorite features of the Prodigy system.
Are you doing Flag / If-else tracking for room on/off, sources selected etc?

With out doing this thru System builder you would have to write your own module in Simpl. You are using memory in the processor to save and recall the presets.

I would be doing it in SystemBuilder, just not letting SB automagically program everything.

Dynamic presets are an extender device. You have the option for selecting them or not selecting them. When you add them system builder builds all the logic for you. In simpl you have to write all the logic on your own. A good presets module(dynamic presets extender) involves symbols that deal with internal memory of your processor. This allows users to essentially change the program and save there presets. I would modify the background or buttons before not letting the program build all the logic.
