Have an old customer with a system programmed in Systembuilder. Is it possible to add Alexa to that?

Natively? Almost definitely not.

You might be able to set up an RSD w/ various incoming triggers to attach to a SIMPL program (running in slot 2 or a secondary processor) to handle the Alexa side?

Thanks for that. This will be the first time we have implemented Alexa in a program. How many commands can be used in the Simpl module?

10 lights + 10 light presets + 10 shades + (10?) shade presets + 10 generics devices per module.

Each module is assigned to a single ROOM.

It is also quite easy to edit the modules for more than 10 generics, I have edited mine for 30 generics.

Such a waste of your time. Get paid up front and let them know that you are not responsible for the Alexa recording everything they say and sending it to Amazon. "Alexa, tell Crestron to recall the evening scene" If she gets it on the first try. I tested one for a month and then threw it in the garbage.

Tell your customer that EVERY SINGLE SERVICE CALL IS NOT WARRANTY AND WILL BE CHARGED. You'll be back many, many times.
