I have a dmps-300-c processor and I am trying to use the Ir input to receive commands from a RC5 remote. I am just using a cheap Ir receiver that I am sure is connected correctly ( tip-signal, ring-+5v and sleeve is ground ) I am fairly new to simpl but this is what I have done so far:
I have assigned the rc5/universal remote driver to the C2l-DMPS-IR-INPUT slot 5
According to instruction all I have to do is compile/send then go to toolbox/system info/functions/identify transmitter and I should see the Ir codes transmitted by the remote, but nothing.. I have tried all sorts of options but I am slowly going crazy.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Kind regards
