With the latest firmware for the PMC3 you should be fine but to add the TPS-6x but, it only works the CEN-ERFGW-POE , according to Crestron website, which has been discontinued.

After upgrading the firmware in the PMC3 you might as well give it a shot but don't hold your breath.

You need either the CEN-ERFGW or the new CEN-GWEXER gateway for a 6x to communicate to the processor. It will not communicate using the built in gateway on the PMC3.

I know there was a firmware upgrade that did allow a couple gateways to communicate to both types of devices, however I'm not certain that it was/would be pushed to the MC3/PMC3
You can't fix stupid

Last update for the PMC3 allows all Crestron gear to work with it from what I was told. I have upgraded a PMC3 and added Crestron remotes without issue.

On the TPS-6x page it says the only gateway is the CEN-ERFGW-POE. I've never done one but would think Crestron knows what it works with.
