I wish to control a Samsung DM82D (LH82DMDLBA) 82" LED via RS232 from a Crestron DMPS100 (2 series processor)

I am not finding a Simpl Windows module for Samsung LH series (only LN, PN, UN) in the Crestron User Device database. I am using the latest database (CresdB 57.00.003.00).

I need power on/off, volume control & mute.

Could you suggest a substitute module please?

thanks in advanced
peter

Did you try those other modules? Usually the protocol is standard, particularly for common functions...

It's a standard module. Most of them work. You could always enable Crestron Connected on the display and use that for control of you have Ethernet connected.
