I have tried for a week to submit an LED Light Fixture test request from the new website. On the return to address section it wont let you submit a Canadian postal code. It wont allow characters. I've been back and forth with customer service to try and get it resolved but as of right now it hasn't been fixed. The fixture should have been in New Jersey by now.... What a joke!! Haha

I don't like the new website. I find it counter intuitive. I wish they would go back to the old site. It was much easier to use! Rant over.....

I didn't mind the dashboard until they changed it again the past couple days. Now it doesn't show anything. No new software releases, firmware releases. How are you supposed to know if there is an update if their website doesn't show it?
I get enough emails in a day I don't need more Crestron emails in regards to firmware and software updates.
You can't fix stupid

W/ the most recent update, they moved all of that to the home page. It's quite a bit better. The dashboard seems to load faster and the search bar seems faster too.
