How do you guys go about testing programming for a panel you haven't received yet? I'm not going to get it until a couple of days before I need the system live.
Found this blurb on Crestron's website stating: "Touch screen projects using Smart Graphics can even be launched right on a computer by simply changing the file extension, offering a simple way for programmers to test touch screen projects without an actual touch screen present."
Can't find any details on what extension and file though.

No, it doesn't come preprogrammed. |

Save Project As..
then change panel type to xpanel smart graphics.
This will create a .EXE to run.

Method 1) Update all your software. The Compiled project should launch as an Xpanel.
Method 2) Select 'RUN AS..' in VTP. This will let you emulate the hard buttons.
Both methods assume you have a processor loaded with the program

Thanks guys. F11 compiles and launches xpanel as well I've learned.
