What is this used for? I want to send a couple strings (1) Program Initializing (2) Program Ready so that if I'm in console in toolbox I can tell when the system is back online. Am I over thinking this? Seems like a simple thing to do.

that is what it does.

the opposite is USERPROGCMD which lets you type a string in console and get the program to react

Other than Debugger, Console is the next most used within Toolbox for me

I'm referring to the console symbol used inside a simpl program. Sorry, didn't word that in the title, only hinted at it in my description.
