Need a little help with this. I don't deal with LG. Customer just purchased this and I have a DM system in place already. It's coming off an output of a 6X4 switcher. Is there a module to control this? I looked at the specs and they are showing a USB to serial adapter and a Mini to serial adapter. Anyone know which one it is. There aren't any speakers in the room I will be using the TV speakers for sound. TIA

OK. So looking at the modules on Crestrons website I'm pretty sure I can use a couple based on the owners manual and the command set for that TV. My only real question I guess is, what port on the TV to use for 232. USB or the MINI. Samsung it's the Mini.

Yes, I did call them and that was the biggest Joke I've ever dealt with in my life. First person told me that I should use the optical port and the second person asked what a RS-232 port was. I tried and I really mean I tried explaining it as easy as a PC turning the TV on. Sorry, but that's a hangup.

Haven't looked at the 6X4/6 symbol in a while but if you can send CEC codes try the Generic CEC Display module.

No volume control commands. I need to control the volume of the TV. I need more than On/OFF/Input. I have that module tied to all my endpoints already except that output. That was a spare.
