With Prodigy specifically, no. But with Adagio more times than I can count. With Simpl and Prodigy all of the time. The technique for IP control in Systembuilder is the same. Your question would be....................?

im looking for people who have used two way IP modules in system builder and how it worked out for them.

i am not yet familiar enough to create my own modules in simpl, so im looking for situations that used pre made or easily downloadable modules made for system builder

mainly looking to control onkyo/integra over IP using system builder.

We are currently using the new Sequel security IP module on a Prodigy system. Just added the device in SystemBuilder and it worked like a champ.

I suggest your just try a few in your shop. I think it will be easier than you think.....

In my System Builder, it has a TCP/IP module built in for Integra. I didn't add it. If you add a receiver and are choosing the file to use, it has the icon of a receiver instead of a flashing dot (IR) or the serial waves. It says:

DTR - 5.8 + 6.8 + 7.8 + 8.8 + DTC - 9.8 (TCPIP)

It let me add it in a quick test right now, but I haven't tried to use it or anything but I'm assuming it works.

From what I understand, it is 4. We're not doing IP integration with Prodigy really so I can't comment on actual hands on tests.

With Adagio and Systembuilder, I have done Vudu, ARQ, VRQ, and HAI working via TCP/IP

Yeah I cannot wait to get my hands on Prodigy in October. Im just curious to know if anyone has played with the RA2 Module yet? and if so is that via IP or RS232?

on a side note I know ra2 is IP controllable because of the ipod/ipad app and so are the new Denons 3311ci and up models with the new ipod app so I can imagine that IP control of these devices via Creston isnt too far behind if it isnt out already

ive controlled Ra2 over IP with RTI XP8 already so it is possible.
the question is where to find a Ra2 module for System Builder.
im pretty sure you wont find it in there . .

i dont think they get along so well after all the lawsuits.
