Hello!
I want to setup a small Creston system just for lighting in my house using an iPad/iPhone as a controller.
From my research, I think I only need these items to make it work:
CEN-RFGW-EX — infiNET EX® Wireless Gateway PWE-4803RU — PoE Injector Any of the Cameo switch/dimmers that have infiNET EX control. Crestron App from the App Store.
Any holes in my plan? Any help would be much appreciated.

Your missing a processor, that's kind of a big hole.
If you get the MC3, you do not need the Gateway or POE injector.
Or
You could do the Prodigy version PMC3, and the Prodigy Dimmers and save a few bucks.

Hi Hanna!
Thanks for the info. I thought the iPad would act as the controller with the software and the gateway would convert my wifi to the infiNET signal. I guess I was wrong on that.
Question -- if I pick up a used prodigy controller, will it control the newer Cameo dimmers? They seem to both work on EX -- but it is unclear if the prodigy would control them.
Thanks for the help.

Prodigy only works with Prodigy gear. Cameo switches will not work with a Prodigy processor.
Try looking for a Pyng processor.

Your best bet is to get a Pyng system.
Keep in mind event though Pyng is Crestron's answer to an Internet of Things it still requires an authorized dealer to get the equipment.

Would recommend pyng. All you need is the hub and your ex dimmers/switches if your only doing lighting.
