Hello All,

I've been away from the game for a little while and am just getting back into it. When I was programming a few years ago, I would create a new program with Prodigy Composer and at the end of the Composer wizard I was given an option to edit the program in SystemBuilder by checking the box.

I just downloaded and installed all of the latest tools from Masterinstaller and when I run either Prodigy Composer by itself or open Systembuilder first and start a new project of the Prodigy type, I am no longer getting that option at the end of the wizard.

I'd like to make some changes to the logic and graphics of the pre-built system that is generated by the Prodigy Composer wizard rather than starting from scratch on a blank system.

Am I missing something?

This functionality was (frustratingly) removed towards the end of Prodigy Composer's lifecycle. You can probably find a back version on the FTP that will let you do this, but I don't know a version# to start with. If you find one please share it, this is something I may have to do in the near future as well.

Appreciate the reply.

I found some old versions of SystemBuilder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Crestron\Downloads and installed 3.10 and it looks like it had the functionality that I am looking for.

i'm not sure how to share it here so any tips would be appreciated.

Tip 1:

You can still do a prodigy system from scratch in Systembuilder. If you are comfortable enough to start with a blank system.

Tip 2:
DO NOT SHARE ANY OF THAT SOFTWARE! It is behind a log in for a reason!

Sorry, was asking that you share the version #, I should be able to find it on the Crestron FTP site. Thanks and good luck!

I recently had to re-do a program from scratch. Open SB select blank system and it will give you a prompt to select prodigy
