Hi All

Im new to the forum so please be gentle. ;)

Im hoping I am in the correct part of the forum to ask this question.

Basically I work on a large site in the UK covering the AV kit in meeting rooms etc.
Last Friday night we had a power trip issue in 3 of the meeting rooms taking all the AV kit down.
After the electrician restored the power on the Monday all the kit came back up but I noticed that some of the functions on the Crestron TSW-750-W-S touch panel had lost some of its functions.

In the meeting rooms we have 1 x 70" Screen & 2 x 65" Nec screens that run from a Crestron DM-MD8x8 switcher which in turn connects to 3x DM-RMC-Scalers to the screens, some of the Laptop inputs work ok but we also have 3 x PC's under each screen that can also be used when selected via the touch panel, but the problem lies when I select PC option nothing shows on the screens, I hooked up the Crestron toolbox to the MD8 and can only see 1 of the scalers, even though the other two are showing as being powered up but without any link light or input light.

Im not an expert on Crestron kit so am really looking for some advice if possible please as to what the issue could be??

I would get the original installer/programmer in to take a look.

+1 you need to get an installer/dealer/programmer on site and find out what the problem is.

Let them know about the power issue and that an electrician came on site to fix things.
