I am an end user and have been maintaining my own system for a couple years since the installer went bust.
Due to a failed HDD I have had to reinstall all of my Crestron programs unfortunately for whatever reason I can not get my Device database to install, it must be corrupted. I have contacted crestron and because I am not a dealer they will not give me access to their ftp site to down load a new one. Could anyone on the forum share a deceive database?

The problem is that you couldn't use the new database unless all the other programs are updated as well.
