Just put a brand new system in a clients house and the autonomics mms2 doesnt seem as fast as I thought it should be . We have a series 3 processor, new tsw touch panels and a top of the line network . The system isnt much more that what I mentioned plus a swamp .

When I you wake up the touch panel the spinning wheel spins for 5-10 second and then info shows up .And we get lost communication from time to time .

Is this stuff normal ?

We put an Autonomic in on practically every job without any issues. When tuning into Pandora there is sometimes a 3-5 second delay but that's about it.

Are you using Core 3/Smart gfx with the media player?

There is a known issue with the two units. Autonomic has a hotfix that you need to call to get.

Crestron & Autonomic are both at work on a fix that should be out this month some time. I have cases with Crestron's ATSG and Autonomic and spoke to to guys from both at CEDIA

Has anyone made Autonomics work with a prodigy. My installer gave up and then I tried for quite some time, and it just never worked. I ended up communicating with Autonomic and passing files back and forth, I couldn't even get it to work in a blank file. They couldn't either and eventually gave up although the way they did it was to tell me after several exchanges that they would only deal with my installer and not a customer.Had to quit because my installer had already blown a month on it and did not want to keep losing money trying to make it work. I was seriously discouraged by the entire exchange with Autonomics, as everything else my installer has done worked great.

SB could be the issue. I'm going to be doing a Prodigy system for a friend with Autonomics but I'll be using SIMPL. Won't be for a bit.

I've just never had any issues. I'm really thinking it could be SB but won't know until I try out the other system. Maybe I'll grab his PMC3 and whip up a quick file to see.

I have a system with an MMS2 and Prodigy that was programmed in SystemBuilder. Since the last MMS update it works pretty well. I have a couple UI things to clean up, but overall, no complaints.
