I'm trying to upload a Mobile Pro project to my AV2 controller but apparently my firmware is too old. I only got version 4.001.1012 on hand. Can someone send me a copy of the 4.003 firmware (or later)?
You'd really be helping me out a lot this weekend.
Thanks, Bill

Can't you just login to the Crestron site and download it yourself?

Not exactly. I'm not a member. I was given the System Builder software when I bought this back in January & it's been working out pretty well for me, but now it's time to start adding tablet support & I'm kind of stuck.

Problem is, according to the firmware notes, your program won't work with the new firmware unless you have the latest database.

I would look at this link
[Link: crestron.com]

Once you find someone they might for a fee upgrade any firmware for you.

Note Crestron software is dealer only and before you say but "hey, I can program it myself and do not want to spend $$$$" I will say this once only - Crestron is not the product for you.
