I want to control a Ilux system with total control can it be done....crestnet to??

You'd need a Crestron processor and programming to act as a middleman via IR/serial/IP.

Most (all?) of the iLux master units can also be controlled with IR. The IR codes are available on Crestron's website, and possibly elsewhere.
