Hey guys,

anyone ever experience this that can help me out or point me in the right
direction,i'm adding Samsung UN61ES6100 to my project( CP2E),but for some reason none
of the button work .I learn the remote with Crestron Device learner all
test good.
i try :

UN46D800,ir
UN55D700.ir
and few more IR in device Learner all Test ok but when i add it in Simpl and
connect all signal.
Simpl Debbuger test don't do anything none of the signal work ,is there any tips
or trick or way of doing this with Samsung TV. i did upgrade few equipments around Xmas all work great but for some reason i can't seem to get the samsung TV to smile at me any
help or tips will be much appreciate.

Never had a problem with Samsung. Are you sure you have the IR bug placed correctly on the TV?

When you say they do not work in Debugger does it mean that you see no button presses. Are you sure you have the IR file on the correct IR ouput of the CP2E?

Never had a problem with Samsung. Are you sure you have the IR bug placed correctly on the TV?

Most certainly the first two things to check.
