We are currently back logged and would like to hire someone to do the programming for a few jobs to help us get caught back up. All programming can be done off site. Please pm me if you are interested!

Your too vague. You should probably post the level in complication and type of programming (Simple/SB/VTPro) of programming your looking for and/or certifications necessary to accomplish the projected goal, also how big the project is. It may help keep your PM's down to whats actually relevant reply's.

And even though you say "All programming can be done off site", it would still be helpful to know where you're located.
