Contact the person you got the PMC2 from and ask them for software.

Complete waste of your hard earned money. Research before buying next time. Dealers aren't even using Prodigy anymore.

Some dealers are still using Prodigy, the line is just changing and it hasn't been made very clear what the long term goals are. 

Crestron equipment can only be programming by those that have access to the Crestron Suite of Software and that is limited to Dealers and Crestron Authorized Independent Programmers (CAIP).

If you want something to program on your own, you need to get a Consumer grade or DIY marketed product.
