Hey there,

I've got a quick question about editing my smw file. My Av2 has a Linn unit hanging of an IR port. When my guests press Kscape movies as a source the AV2 changes input to Dig1. Dig1 has some nasty electrical interference though. I have a second source of Kscape audio VIA Aux1 of the Linn.

I'd like my AV2 to make a quick edit of my .smw to put the Linn on Aux1 instead of Dig1 until I find the source of the interference.

My programmer sent me a file today that I sent to the AV2 with toolbox... but it didn't do what I'd asked for.

My guests are arriving in a few hours and due to time zones... my programmer is sleeping.

I've attached a screen capture of the file. I think I already know what I want to try.. but I'd like to hear what you guys have to say first.

I have a spare Linn and AV2.. if I can find the time I guess I could just take a couple lab stabs at it.

I'm guessing that the delay and OR symbol signals are commented out for testing? Basically, the signal name that was driving the TV SOURCE IR driver command should be dragged onto the AUX1_SOURCE driver command and the delay and OR logic should probably be uncommented to allow it to work. Without seeing all of the code behind the signal names, I could be giving you bad advice, so make sure that you note all of the changes you make before saving, compiling, and sending in. If it's a fail, you can always revert to the last working config. Good Luck!

Cool! I didn't know the commented sigs are basically muted.

I have backup files. Any changes I make won't really effect the working areas.

Thanks, Fritz!
