I have a house with 13 screens running through a DM 16x16. There are 2 theatres in the house using the HDMI loop out from the DM output into the Amps. One theatre has a Denon 2112 and the other is an AMS. The theatre with the Denon theatre works flawlessly with no audio problems, the AMS theatre not so much.

The AMS WAS working last week when I finally got the theatre working but it was only ever receiving a Stereo signal so when I went into DM Tools and adjusted the audio outputs I can no longer get audio to pass through the AMS. Looking at the signal the HDMI output from the DM to the AMS keeps cutting in and out.

I have tried changing the audio back to 2ch PCM as well as adjust the video but am still not getting audio from the AMS and the signal keeps cutting in and out. I have also tried different HDMI cables and still nothing. I haven't had a chance to contact TB as this was late Friday that this happened and will be calling them tomorrow but in the mean time can someone point me in the direction as to how to fix this problem?

Is this issue resolved?  I'm curious of what solved it if so.

Tom, I believe I have resolved the problem without having to call TB.

I had to setup the EDID table for each input card to correspond with the AMS as it is the audio device that has the most specific requirements for Audio Codecs.

I have tested with TV's, and both theatres on at the same time and am now getting audio from the AMS Theatre on all sources.
