Open the GUIFX file in VTProe, from options choose show workplace, select the resource view tab on the bottom and you will see a list of the individual graphics included in that VT-Proe file. You can then right click an image and use the export option to save it to a file directory on your computer.

Awesome can't wait to try it out!

Next question - how do I enable album art.
The the p-idoc support it?

The template from guifx shows a square that says no art in it. I know I saw an option somewhere for album art in the iPod device but I can't figure out how to apply it to that square.

Nxt question - can I make dynamic text based on variables ? Well im sure I can. But how!
:)

Loving crestron.

ok so i tried that and all i see are individual graphics for what are in the pre made pages in the project view. im trying to find the graphics that are not already in the template pages, like all the favorites buttons, extra activity icons, etc.

am i crazy, they must be somewhere.

If they are not in the resource view then they are not included in the project file you have open. Like you said, you see all the graphics listed that are included on pages in the project. Pages are the only place graphics can be added to a project.

I would also suggest advanced system builder or essentials training. It sounds like your stepping outside the bounds of prodigy system configuration.

thanks guys,
i appreciate it.

if i used a custom template / theme,
would the client still be able to create their own favorite channels ?

Only if your system is designed and programmed to do that..
