Anyone have any experience with this piece? Looking for a net radio interface for a couple customers. Have seen the Squeezebox module but worry about updates to the Squeezebox that might break the module. I see Crestron recently added Pandora support.

TIA!

Don't have direct experience with it but our head Crestron tech provided us with login to show our clients the available stations.

I just looked and there are 19676 Radio stations and just under 11000 Podcasts.

The cool thing about the Crestron Audionet card is that if there is a local station that you want to listen to you can add it to the list (providing they stream on the net).

I am not too sure about Pandora as we are in Canada and don't have access to it.

This is an older thread but I'm curious if other companies are having success with this tuner card?

I have a customer that just added a Grace Digital box in his 2nd home on a single source system. His main home has an AES and wants to stream music there. There is no Grace module that I can find and really don't want to add it to his Crestron system if I can avoid it.

It works really well. I like the Crestron radio guide webpage. Lets your customer setup favorites, categories etc. Easy to search stations as well.

Have 3 clients with it, two of which are using the streaming Sirius portion.

Setup is...intresting with the website and either front panel or command line account setups for Sirius and Pandora.

One thing to note about setup, you talk DIRECTLY to the card, not the cage the card is in.

It sounded like the streaming Sirius was not as compressed as the XM radio in my car. But I have no idea if that is Apples to Bottles comparison. The AM streams for NYC stations seem to come in clear and sound good.
