Hi People, why prodigy crestron doesn´t connect ipad or ipod, please help

PMC3, P-IDOCV

Prodigy composer network
P-Idocv Status indentified
PAMP4x100 identified
PLX3 identified

Upload devices
Verified PLX3 Progress 100%
Verified PMC3 (PLX3) Progress 100%


PLX3 (Ipod connectig, ipod not found)
